The medium-firm support is perfect for neck and shoulder alignment, providing the relief I needed from daily tension and aches. I like that this pillow comes with a removable, washable cover. However, that cover has a neon lime-colored band that shows through my white pillow cases. In addition, the pillow's thickness and length are smaller than the dimensions I want on my queen bed. Overall, it's an odd product I would not repurchase.
