It's hard to review something like this, as there's not too much to say. It's essentially a flat, flexible, magnetic sign with a reference guide for cooking temperatures and a design that you may or may not subjectively like.I put it on the metal door of my outside fridge, under the counter adjacent to the BBQ. In that space, to me, it seems decor appropriate. I don't know I'd want it dominating fridge door space on my kitchen inside, though.The guide is convenient, and I believe the temps referenced are accurate for safe cooking.The finish seems plastic based and should hold up to moisture and cleaning (as I'm using it outside). If it fades or peels unusually quickly in the future, I'll come back and update this review.

Easy to follow chart, clean and crisp print and the whole thing is magnetic so you can put it anywhere a magnet can stick. I received my chart a bit curled but thanks to its strong magnet it lays flat on the fridge.

This chart is very helpful and has all the temperatures and suggested type of wood chips to use for smoking. I was planning to post this on my bbq grill access panels but they don’t stick!!!! So now I am having a hard time finding a home for it. Nonetheless; very helpful.

I got a little fed up with constantly looking up recipes and how-to-guides for different cuts of meat. Even saving them to favorites wasn't helping because I'd forget what I was looking for and when time is of the essence because you have a fire going, you need something fast. This is a magnet that's perfect for a BBQ or a smoker. All of the information is right there. I used it this last warm day while smoking some ribs and it was invaluable. Wish I had gotten this sooner.
