I read reviews, watched videos and decided from what I saw that this product would probably work best for me. By "best for me" I mean I planned to take it with me in a day/backpack on day hikes or when riding my bike and use it to take selfies without having to have someone else there to take the photo. I am not a content creator, but I can see how this product might work well for that kind of use.I had three concerns. The first was how easily it would expand and fold back up. I've done this several times now and it works better than I expected. It expands and folds back up easily and pretty quickly.My second concern was how well it would hold my phone, and if I'd have to remove the phone cover for it to hold well. It holds well with the phone cover on. Not so sure it would work well with an actual heavier camera instead of a smartphone, but for my Pixel 9 pro it works great.My third concern was that the remote goes into a slot and is held in with a magnet. I was pretty sure it would be able to shake loose and possibly lose the remote. However, I have tried really hard to shake it loose and it holds the remote in its slot just fine. It takes a deliberate effort to take the remote out of the slot, and it isn't difficult to do so either. BTW, my phone had no problem finding the bluetooth connection to the remote and the remote worked just fine. Just a note. To turn the remote on hold down the button for 3 seconds to get it out of "sleep mode".I did see in one video they cautioned about pushing the tripod release button with your hands. I don't believe this is really an issue. If you push the button, you expect the tripod legs to expand. Unless you are generally careless, the release of the tripod legs shouldn't be an issue. My only caution is don't press the button anywahere near your face, especially your eyes. Only push the button when you are holding it a (safe) distance from your face and/or body. It is common sense safety.I have not tried to use the tripod when there was any kind of wind, so I don't know how steady it will hold in windy conditions.For the price ($20) this is a great product!

Recently purchased this to be used at a work event while filming video and time lapses. With a sleek design and, of course, the functionality of dropping it on the ground to open the legs, it caught the attention of those around the event. This tripod is sturdy enough to hold my iPhone 12 Pro Max with an additional thick case on the phone, but it is still lightweight and easy to use. Highly recommended for a smaller bag or portable option than most tripods out there currently.

I love it only thing is I wish the remote had to where if ur video is paused on iPhone that it continues not make a new video but overall I love it I just pause and play on my phone the height is great I was referred by a influencer . Build quality is great ! Stability definitely stable doesn’t move unless u have uneven floor u may have to hold it to stop wiggling but it won’t fall down that hard unless u kick it hard lol

Absolutely perfect! This folds up compactly and is also very sturdy when in use. It was so easy to set it up and connect to our phone for the Bluetooth remote. And it’s a great deal for what you get. We are excited to have it for many occasions!

I was looking for a large handle stick that would transform into a tripod quickly and without a lot of movement. I have big hands, a size 16 ring finger so I am uncomfortable with something that is small and dainty. Not only does this stick have a handle large enough for me to feel good it is small enough for my wife to feel comfortable using it. Opening the tripod with the phone in the cradle is super simple and quick. Just touching the base on the ground, it opens quickly and is very sturdy. The adjustment for the phone from vertical to horizontal is easy and the phone stays steadfast in the cradle. I have had no problems with the Bluetooth connection, a one button push and you are ready for pictures or a steady video. The weight for a selfie stick is perfect, it is sturdy at the longest part of the extension and easy to carry when closed .......... Do I recommend this stick, YES, if it's not your first it will be close to your last.
