I bought these for a work potluck where everyone is bringing soup. Decided to try one out to make sure the bowl didn't leak. I heated up chili a little hotter than I should have just to make sure, the bowl held. I can't belive that it worked as well as it did. Would recommend these!!

Hold up well

These are larger than most disposable bowls I've bought in the past. They held up well with beef stroganoff and oatmeal. They do fine in the microwave too!

I had no issues with them leaking or the bowl soaking up a liquid. These are microwave-safe, and they also keep their shape.

These bowls are great for serving with rice and soups. I actually use these for parties and days when I do not want to wash any dishes. The bowls are relatively durable with a semi thick lining. I would still carry with both hands if you are transporting soup just to avoid spills. It does not leak through which is great. It does hand the weight of the food just use both hands when moving it around. It is not something you can leave out for long periods as the liquid could make the bowl fall apart over long periods so I would not use this for long term storage. The texture of the bows are pretty nice. I was able to eat hot and sour soup from this bowl. Overall this is A LOT of bowls so you get plenty to work with for parties. It will be good for one large event or several small events. The material is not something I would really want to microwave as it can cause issues to the material integrity. It holds a good amount of food and you can just toss it after. It is biodegradable so you could compost it if you want to go that route as well.

We ordered these bowls to use during a family gathering. It allowed people to get food and snacks without having to deal with plastic bowls. These were also much sturdier then standard paper plates. The worked well and is the size of a small desert bowl. We did not serve any liquids and so I cannot comment how well it will handle soup or ice cream but they did feel sturdy enough to handle at least ice cream. I would not attempt soup.

We spend a lot of time at our seasonal campsite each year.And who wants to spend their leisure time doing the same types of kitchen chores that they do at home?Like washing dishes.Now obviously, there's some cookware and utensils that have to be washed the old fashioned way.But for servingware, we prefer to use disposable products as much as possible.And these ECOLipak Compostable Disposable bowls are a great choice, for our convenience, and for the environment.And they are quite reasonably priced too!

I ordered these ECOLipak 20 OZ 150 Count Paper Bowls not knowing the quality that I was going to get and I am impressed with the quality of them. I thought we would just be using them for breakfast cereals and desserts, but I have found that they are sturdy enough to use for Friday night cards when we have friends over. They hold up very well when serving hot soups or chili. They are also great for reheating in the microwave. It is very important to me that they are biodegradable, and I appreciate that fact.
