So, my kids wanted to make purple Cheeto puffs and I had to figure out how to make that happen for them. Enter the purple sweet potato powder! We got the simply Cheeto puffs, sprinkled on some of this powder directly into the Cheeto bag, gave it a shake, and we had purple Cheeto puffs! It didn't alter the taste of the Cheetos and a little went a long way. Note that if you sprinkle it onto something, there will be some transference and fingers and mouths will also turn purple.

I made coffee cream with ube powder and coconut milk, which tastes so good. I thought the powder only has the purple color but it also has nice taste and smell of ube. The powder is really smooth, easy to blend in.

I used this to make an ube tiramisu SO GOOOOOOD!!!! The pack last a long time if you're using for small things like deserts and smoothies, one or 2 scoops is enough for smoothie!! I added like 2 table spoons for the tiramisu and condensed milk and vanilla creamer for the mix for the cookies to dip! Then layer with the cheese cream !!

Great for all uses! I put this in my artisan bread and even smoothies. Don’t have much of a taste but it can give you the color you are looking for! Great when I make a matcha latte, just froth it with milk and add lavender extract! Beautiful! Like the color and the size enough to last a while.

It was pretty but definitely would love to have different packaging. It was filled to the top of the seam and when I opened it, it went EVERYWHERE lol.

I love using the ube powder when making bread and pastry! You don't need to use much of the powder. When using with ube jam, the taste heightens even more.

Good amount of product for the price. Worked great for my blueberry bagels!

This is perfect to use as a natural colorant.
