Great product, I gifted husband green one for Christmas and he LOVED it. Religious water carrier, hydrates like a fiend, fills up 4-6 of these things per day. Jerk makes my barely 7-8 glasses look weak af.Anyway he’s a man with few needs but when it comes to functional items he has particular requirements in order to gravitate towards its sole use. This water bottle met his standards: good grip around base, useful top handle too, best thing is the easy to slide wider mouth piece top that doesn’t leak plus comes with extra top style, had sturdy tight seal, BONUS: fits in car cup holders & extra BONUS: looks cool too! (Way lower requirement on the list but still there).No complaints, no problems. Well one. Dear husband is typically an excellent steward of his personal belongings but managed to leave his 6 month daily favorite water bottle while out of town and now I’m considering getting him a backup to use in meantime. Nice wife. Good life.

I love this!! The color is awesome and bright. I don't like a lot of ice but it will stay cold and hold half of filled iceFor 10-12 hours. I LOVE the way you can change the spouts. It doesn't leak but you don't have to worry about rubber pieces and mold getting under them. They are dishwasher safe but easy to hand wash quickly. I HIGHLY recommend!I also bout a slightly smaller one for my son. It's red but this reddish orange one. He swings it when he carries it. It started getting loose but that was so easy to fix. He also put stickers all over it so we can't put it in the dishwasher. It cleans so easy. Hands down the best water bottle for both of us. Truly the interchangeable apout with the screw and leak proof (if you keep the spout down) is the best and cleanest option.

I have tried many bottles, but this is the best by far. I use it everyday at home, for workouts, on the go and at work. I wanted a wide handle to carry it and for it to fit in my cup holder (I have a Kia Forte). It does both and more.This is quality for the price. The size I got is the 40 ounce and it holds a lot. Love the lid quality where you can change it easily from the straw top to the chug top (especially for workouts). The look it simple and sleek. It’s comfortable to hold with the wide handle which makes it a great travel mug. I can fit my fore arm between the tumbler and handle. I bought one for my husband too and both tumblers fit side by side in the cup holders in our Kia forte and Toyota Rav 4 XLE hybrid.

This is my third Simple Modem item. This one favorite. I like that it's tall and slim. The foot is permanent, so it won't fall off like the ones did on my last two. The kids are so unique. It keeps my water cold all day and I live in Florida and I leave this one or my other one in the car for the day as a backup.

As you might infer from my review headline, my highest priorities for a water bottle are 1. Can fit in cup holders and 2. large capacity (>30 oz), with the ability to hold temperature being slightly lower on the list. Most water bottles that can fit in cup holders seem to be smaller (~24 oz) or are plastic, which obviously don't hold temperature very well. The main name-brand entrant in this category seem to be the Stanley "Big Gulp" style with a straw which I dislike immensely. I've used Simple Modern bottles before and my experience has been good so I was quite happy to find that they made a 40 oz water bottle that fits into cup holders.The narrower base is perfect and it fits in our cup holders (Kia EV6) even with the silicone boot on! The large capacity does mean that it has to be pretty tall and wide on the top section, but it is smaller in diameter than the equivalent Stanley. I also love that it comes with an interchangeable chug and flip straw top (both leak proof), although it does mean you can't use your existing lids. The handle makes it easy to carry (and for leverage to open the lid) and the whole thing is easy to clean. As for holding temperature, I'd say it's decent - if you're looking for something to stay cold for 24 hours this is probably not your best choice, but it works well enough for my purposes, which is mostly at home and quick drives to pickup kids at school/practice, etc.The only minor QC issue I have is that there is a small nub on the side - looks like the matte coating wasn't perfectly applied, maybe some excess material. It's not really noticeable visually but I can feel it if I rub my fingers over it...fortunately it's not sharp and it's not in a place that I hold it regularly, so I can live with it.

My husband really likes this style lid and the shape of the cup allowing to fit in a cup holder is a major game changer. I have had the trek tumbler straw cup for over a year myself and no complaints. I did buy this lid for myself after getting it for my husband. Highly recommend.

This cup stays cold for days when its filled with ice. I love the color of it and the handle. I have dropped it a few times and it had held up well.
