Very affordable entry-level trail cam - easy set-up, back up battery for solar
The iZEEKER Trail Camera Solar, 4K 48MP Game Cameras with Night Vision Motion Activated IP66 Waterproof, 0.1s Trigger Time, High Capacity Built-in Lithium Battery for Wildlife Watching with 32GB SD Card is quite possibly the best deal you'll find on a solar-powered entry-level trail camera.Comes with a storage card and everything you need to get started (with the exception of 4 AA batteries, but no quibble there). Really easy to set up.Be sure to give the battery a full charge with the camera "off" before you get started.Good printed directions easy to follow for setup and come in at least 30 languages (well, a LOT of languages, if not 30).Images are good, although to be fair, I'm in the urban wilderness where I'm on the lookout for wildlife (and sometimes of the two-legged trespassing variety), and there's way more ambient light than you'll have in the delightfully quiet and dark wilderness, so the camera has a little help there. How light is it? Well, I can landscape on overcast nights without worrying about cutting off a bodily limb - that's how bright it is.We have coyotes scooting through my neighborhood on the regular, and while I've yet to catch one in less than a week of recording, I have been able to catalog the ongoing nightly soap opera between the feral cats in the neighborhood as they schedule their 10pm grudge match across the fairway. Right now, Holstein Cat holds the overall title over Le Chat Noir.Easy to transfer any "keepable" moments via card.Holds a larger SD card if you're not swinging by your camera as often as you'd like.Since there's a lot of foot traffic and late night bird movement, I dialed my sensor back a bit and caught essential moments like dog walkers in the wild.Still hoping for an appearance by Wiley E. and maybe a fast bird. This was a great investment and I may keep upgrading since this one offers so much entertainment. My little mama back home has deer and turkey in her yard, so I suspect she'd like to get some good visuals on those, as well as the armadillos she's certain are digging up her yard.TOTAL WIN! Great discount going right now, so get yours!

Great Camera, Almost Perfect
The media could not be loaded. * Super Simple Setup: This camera is a breeze to set up, even for someone new to trail cameras. The menu is easy to navigate, and the color screen is bright and clear.* Clear Images and Video: The picture quality is outstanding, especially considering the price. It's on par with the cameras I've used, which cost way more.*Solar Powered and Big Storage: The built-in solar panel and 128GB SD card capacity mean you can leave this camera in the field for a long time without worrying about dead batteries or running out of storage space.I've been using trail cameras for about ten years, and I’m impressed with the iZeeker. The menu is intuitive, and the color display is bright enough to see clearly outdoors. I especially appreciate the delay with the open door, which gives you time to position the camera just right before the 10-second activation countdown begins. The camera also captures a wide field of view.I love the option to capture photos and videos and the time-lapse feature. Plus, the large SD card capacity means I can leave it in the field for months without worrying about running out of space.Speaking of leaving it out in the field, the built-in solar panel is a standout feature. I haven’t had the camera long enough to fully test its long-term solar performance, but it’s a feature I’m really excited about.(Note: the camera can be fully charged with a USB charger before placing it outdoors.)Now, it's not *quite* perfect. While the camera has slots for a security cable, the holes are too small to thread my Python cable through. Also, the video format is .avi, which is a bit outdated. I was able to convert it without any issues, but it's an extra step. Finally, I haven't been able to get the daytime video recording to work reliably in photo+video mode – it just creates a blank .avi file. I'm hoping it’s just an issue with the recording speed of the SD card and the high-resolution video setting.Note: The night mode video recording is excellent, but I must figure out the daytime issue. The images and video included as part of this review are all at the highest quality setting. I’ll update this review with any new findings.Overall, the iZeeker trail camera is a winner. It's easy to use, takes great pictures and videos, and has many features and setting options. If you're new to trail cameras or looking for a cost-effective way to expand your setup, I highly recommend giving the iZeeker a shot.

easy set up
I have another trail camera and this one beats the other one hands down. My other trail camera has miniscule set up information to the point that you have to have VERY good eyesight or a magnifying glass. Not that easy to set up. On the other hand this camera is easy to read with buttons that are easy to identify and use. The set up on this trail camera could not be easier. I am also greatly impressed with the solar charging ability. I haven't had a chance to try out the solar charging ability long term but I am hopeful it will keep the battery charged, but if not four back up batteries are always there to use, rather than the 6 or 8 batteries in the standard trail camera. Over all I am really impressed with the camera and its easy to set functions.

Great construction and features, but not triggering well
This game camera has a lot of great features but has produced frustrating results for me. I have a lot of game cameras for several manufacturers, including name-brand companies in the US and odd foreign amazon retailers. The iZeeker solar trail camera has a lot of excellent features, including cam-lock doors that seal great, as separate battery compartment, the ability to see the field fo view of the camera when the cover is open (love the door design!), good menus, good camera customization options, and solar charging to boot. The problem I have is that in two weeks use, the only images it has taking are of me or my wife checking out the camera and a single windy branch!! Camera was charged and set-up per the manual. The camera is in an area with a lot of animal activity triggering my other cameras, and this camera is getting nothing. Nothing at night at all, and only my wife and I during the day. I’m going to keep trying, but what good are all the other great features if this camera does not trigger even at high sensitivity?

Loaded with features and takes 4K videos!
If you have never used a trail camera then this camera is really a treat. A trail camera is a camera that is set up wherever you want and will record the wildlife that makes an appearance near the camera. You can then review the videos and images on the built-in screen or your computer. This trail camera arrived with the camera, a mounting strap, a USB charging cable, and a user manual. It does come with a 32 Gig micro SD card already installed. This camera comes with a built-in solar panel for keeping the camera charged. It will also take 4 AA batteries that act as a backup if the built-in battery gets low. Before mounting the camera outside you need to fully charge it with the included USB charging cable. There are several settings on the camera such as video resolution, length of recordings, time between recordings, and more. You select the settings you want from the LCD screen inside the camera. The small LCD screen is very clear and easy to see. You can also preview your videos on this screen. After mounting and selecting the options on the camera, you close the door on it and walk away. The camera then begins to record video when it detects motion and saves it to the micro SD card. There is a solar panel on the camera which keeps it charged. If the built-in battery gets too low then the backup AA batteries will kick in.I set this camera up in my backyard and strapped it to a tree. I have a decent-sized yard despite living in the city and I get a lot of animal visitors to my yard. I left the camera out all night and in the morning checked the SD card on my computer. The videos are saved in AVI format, I was surprised to see skunks, raccoons, rabbits, possums, and squirrels visiting in just one night. The videos are 4K ultra HD since I selected the highest resolution and they are very clear and crisp. There are IR lights on the camera that allow you to see the animals in the videos even when it is dark.I am very happy with this camera. The images are amazing. I like the battery backup feature and the solar panel. You can just place this camera anywhere and forget it.I do recommend this. It is perfect when camping or even in your backyard. Hunters can even use this to monitor an area and see what animals are around.

Wildlife Camera
Being new to these trail camera's I think this is great , I wanted one as we live in a rural setting with a field and woods behind us and have always had signs of nocturnal visits , but never knowing what they were , hopefully this will be solving my mystery !The camera itself is well made , It has an internal battery , a solar panel to trickle charge it and space for 4 x AA batteries if you want to fit for longer battery life .I charged the internal battery fully first ( with it powered off)Then turning it on the screen comes on in colour ! and you can then bring up the menu to adjust all the settings , I wont go through them all as there are loads of options you can set , you can also set time date etc in here .Remember to take protective film off of camera and sensor too !!!The camera comes with a 32GB SD card already fitted which you can upgrade up to 128GB if needed, it will show you on top left of screen how many photos or length of videos you can fit on it according to your set up.The instruction book is very good actually and tells you all you need to knowYou also get a nice wide strap to attach the camera to a tree or something and you need to align it where it will get the sun (for charging) and it will capture movement , you can test this by leaving the cover open and the screen on whilst setting up.I have had it up for a couple of nights but not captured anything yet , but I'm sure I will soon.Only downside is that you have to go to camera to check , it would be nice if it had a Bluetooth connection or WiFi ? But then I suppose that would make it more expensive as at the moment it is very reasonable price.I love this and think its really good and would recommend

Photo quality is impressive, love that its solar
I got this for the entrance/exit of my property and so far im within the first week of using it and I love this thing. A con I will get out of the way as it uses solar to keep charged, you are limited with where you can mount it as you want to the top of it to be exposed to enough sunlight throughout the day to charge it, so sticking it hidden under a knook or cranny wont work. Also, the mounting hardware it came with was pretty cheap, the strap is alright and usable though.Onto the good!- I LOVE LOVE LOVE that it uses solar, I cannot tell you how many trail cameras ive used that claim 3 months of battery life and gets 2 weeks tops, but with this one it just stays charged so im not missing anything.- It has a little LCD screen on the back of the camera yso you can view the photos and videos right off the camera without needing to plug it into a laptop. The downside is you cant upload them straight to the phone with any wifi or anything.- The photo quality is friggen CRISP, seriously, once uploaded into the raw footage onto my laptop to see the full 4K videos and 48MP camera, HOLY SMOKES its incredible. NO WAY would i think you could get all that out of a $70 trail camera.- Night vision is wicked clear and crisp, I can even read license plates and tell whos face is who from 50 ft away.- The detection time is instant. When I set the camera up i was testing it by sprinting across its FOV 1ft away from the camera and it caught a clear image of me no problem full sprint, good enough to identify me to the police so its excellent.- Its survived through 90kmh winds, rain, hail, and so far no issues. Will be ordering another to face the other way.

If you've never used one before, be patient, try all the settings and see what you get
This was £50 when I first ordered it, the price has dropped to £40. You do get a lot of tech for your money, so if you are new to this type of hobby and don't want to spend a couple of hundred on a trail camera, this is a good place to start... it has easy to operate settings, hubby spent a couple of weeks in and out of the house with it, he seems quite amused, although quite a bit of frustration trying to get the setting right. Obviously it needs to be placed where the sun can top it up if you plan to leave it out a while, the whole point of nature is to watch from afar. You have to take this 'back to base' to download it to your pac/laptop... no bluetooth capability. A lot of red lights on the front - a bit loud, but they don't seem to bother the birds (although we didn't see the neighbourhood cats for two weeks, which we expected, so that was a bit odd). Hubby keeps getting blank screen with video capture during the day, which is disappointing, no idea why. You certainly do need patience if you haven't tried one of these before - it is a process of learning, like anything new. I wish we had this a month ago when a fox dug up a corner of our front garden and buried its meal... it came back the next night, so we saw it, we would've had a great vid to upload on here had we placed the camera for the second night!

Lots of settings but still easy to understand
This trail camera is powered by a solar rechargeable battery with 4xAA batteries as a backup. The main battery can also be charged with a USB C cable (included) and charger (not included). The angle of the solar panel can be adjusted, but only by a few degrees. So placement in the woods is really important, you have to think we'll about it. But of course, for days without too much sun, the AA batteries will provide additional power. The camera has a lot of settings like image quality, video duration, retrigger delay, etc, etc. The IR intensity can also be adjusted depending on the environment where it is installed. All the setup is done with physical buttons and the built-in screen. Images and video can also be viewed on the screen, or on any device equipped with an SD card reader. The 32gb card is included with the camera. There is also a mounting strap included to attach the camera to a tree.I tried it around the yard, day and night and it seems to perform well, so now I'll try it where it matters in a few weeks.
