Fantastic bit of kit, i managed to get it for £100 with voucher and discount. Worth every penny, we use it every evening pretty much and the kids love the home cinema in our bedroom. The whir from it is loud but the sound quality is good enough for us to not need to connect a Bluetooth speaker. The sound is helped by the fact its mounted above us on the ceiling.All standard apps like Disney, prime and netflix work perfectly - high quality, with no lag even though our router is downstairs.

Pro's: Bought this as a back up display unit for training purposes. Nice and securely packaged. Out of the box plugged in switched on. Mounted the unit on its tripod (included). Moved the projector back to give me a screen size on a magnolia wall of about 2 meters as thats about the absolute max size I would need. I use a 10 inch windows laptop and it has a micro hdmi socket which can be a little temperamental with some display equipment. Connected my Hdmi to the projector. Sourced the laptop on the projector display, bought the projector into sharp focus and ran a couple of Vids and a powerpoint. Easy to focus, nice and quiet. This will be an assett.Cons: To be perfectly honest and for my own purposes this unit worked very well and there is really nothing much to grunmble about with is little projector but have to say the audio is nonsence and a complete wast of time. However, it does come complete with a set of RCA A/V cables to connect to an external sound system.. I just used my Jabra speaker direct from the laprop via blue tooth. Added two fresh AAA batteries into the remote control and had a fiddle around with it. It worked but couldnt get much sence of it for my purposes, but then I have to admit I really have no use for it. The only other downside is that as I travel with it I wont be taking the whole package along. Just the projector and the power cable. Would have been nice if they had packaged a soft pouch with it.All in all, very impressed and I recommend it.

This is a great project for the price. Really impressed by the quality of the image and sound. I'd forgotten though about the cooling fan sound projectors give off. Which is something that I find too frustrating/ distracting. I don't think this noise was any worse than any other projectors I'm just particularly sensitive to it. So I had to return it Unfortunately.

I had my doubts but am very happy I purchased it. Only app I can't install is Now Tv to warch Sky sport but can share view from my phone as a work around.

I bought this projector about a month ago, so held off writing a review until I had used the projector for a few weeks.Overall it works well for a budget machine. Connecting it from a smart phone via blue tooth was very easy (cheaper machine does not have bluetooth) and it works well with no freezing. Connecting with USB cord to a lap top not so good as the image kept freezing every 5 minutes whilst the sound kept going. I have good internet speed so not sure what was causing the freezing.The sound is very good and can be heard clearly over the noisy fan (which you just don't notice after a while). Using in a bigger room might require a soundbar.The focus control is not good, there is one sweet spot which is fiddly to find but fairly good when found. The keystone gives you the option of either having the top of the screen blurry or the bottom of the screen very blurry (which is a pain if you are reading subtitles). There is no position in which top and bottom are sharp at the same time but thats what you get with budget products.I wish they had included a brightness adjustment as some darker scenes in movies and shows do not show up on this projector. As with most projectors, watching in a dark room gives best results. There is no zoom, you can only adjust the screen size by physically moving the projector backwards or forwards.In the few short weeks I have been using this machine, the screen brightness seems to have dulled. I can only assume the bulb is failing after one month, so I may have to return for a refund.Overall, if you get this product delivered in a new clean state with a brand new bulb it should work well but there is obviously an issue with quality control as other reviews show different issues experienced. It's a gamble but buying this has given me a good idea of what to look for when I decide to upgrade.
