Great concept but could use some updates and not great value for money price sucks for what it is... Could you say in the feet to screw in some plywood that would help the surface area of the squishing we could also use a longer arm down into the can it is adjustable but both heights are not very far, you have to wait till the can is very full to use it

This manual trash compactor is pretty useful for managing garbage and recycling. It was easy to assemble, and I got it up and running quickly.For regular trash, it works smoothly and helps compact things down easily. Recycling is a little trickier, especially with boxes or items that take up more space. I found that laying a box flat across the top before compacting helps make better use of the surface area.The compacting arm isn’t super long, so it doesn’t create a ton of extra room, but it’s definitely enough to get the lid closed when the bin is full. Sometimes, you can even squeeze in an extra bag, which is nice for extending the time between taking out the trash.
