Did the job , but slipped
Used to replace car suspension spring. Multiple times one of these would slip around the spring. Tried tightening equally manually, them one sided manually. Both ways one would slip. Had to build gaffa tape ridge. More cost effective than going to the garage.

Get the correct length slowing for thread travel
I had to shorten theses as the travel of the thread was too long. I tried to get nuts that fit the thread but they not available and couldn’t be measured. I shortened them with a dremal cutter. So I could use them
