These ice packs are definitely little - but they're great for small children. They're the perfect size for little hands. If you manipulate them a little right out of the freezer, it helps soften them up a bit and gives them some flexibility. The bright colors help provide a distraction from small injuries when the kids get to pick their ice pack. I don't think they stay cold super long, but they've been just about the right about of time for my kids to forget they got hurt!

Boo boos happen and when they do, especially to little ones, it’s nice to have something fun and cheerful to make them feel better. These little gel packs can help. They have fun colors, you can squish the beads, and best of all you can either freeze or heat them up. They are small, so if you are intending these for other than small children check the size to make sure they will work for you.I have already put 5 out of the 8 into the freezer with the ziplock bag they came in which also has the instructions for heating them. The other 3 I put into a regular ziplock bag in a kitchen drawer to be used in the microwave as needed.I haven’t had an occasion to use them yet but I am confident they will be much appreciated.

These ice packs are so cute. Unforutnately, they are more for toddlers size, but there are enough to rotate between them to get the most use. I agree with another reviewer that these are perfect to use as eye packs. Especially for puffy eyes for me, or if my kids decide to beat each other up and need an ice pack for every little thing. They stay cool for about 8-10 mins frozen, so not too long. I haven't tried these as hot packs, but would assume they stay warm for about the same amount of time. The best thing I like about these, is the resealable pouch, easy to store in my freezer and are all in one place.

Great product for kids!! Very easy to use and very easy to apply!! I like the texture and style of it as well!! Serves many purposes!! It can be a hot or cold ice pack!! It’s a perfect size for kids!! A great pain reliever and very sturdy and durable!! Fun gel packs!! Highly recommend them!!

These are small (2-1/2") gel packs. Because of their size, they would be good for eyes or very small injuries. I microwaved one for 10 seconds and it got hot (was afraid to extend it beyond 10 seconds) and stayed hot/warm for about 10 minutes. Same is true for the one I placed in the freezer for a couple of hours--it stayed cold for about 10 minutes.

Tested the heat feature first and it’s actually held even after 20 seconds to long, so be mindful checking it looked like it was about to pop. Held at the seams thankfully well even when it looked like a ball came back to normal after cooling. Was great reuse to freeze working on my feet area to slide into sock after a heated workout on my bike. Really helps being smaller for the kids fitting in palm doesn’t take long to prep for use.
