I definitely wanted for this to work after the good reviews. I have taken for three days now but have had bad headaches that get worse in the evening. I take 2 tabs before breakfast. Headache started after the first dose and I thought it might improve if I kept taking it. Not happening. All I wanted was to improve my memory and become disabled. The muscles above my left eye keeps twitching since 2 days now. Whatever that is.. Anyways, won’t continue. Still searching.

It’s full of B vitamins!

I started taking this supplement, and I found that I didn't have a good reaction to it. I don't normally take supplements I know nothing about. The only thing I knew was that this is a legitimate company and their products are supposed to be pretty good. I figured I'd try. If I didn't feel any change I'd stop. What happened instead is they made me feel sick. Not a good feeling. It might just be my body's reaction, but look, supplements and vitamins are drugs too. And you sometimes have a bad reaction to some drugs, and you can have the same reaction to what seems like a benign supplement. So my advice is take these with care. You might even consult a doctor first. I can't say whether they improved by memory becuase I only took them for a couple of days before I realized they were making me feel bad.

I have only been taking it for less than 30 days. I do plan to order a second bottle. There has been no side effects that have appeared. The only down side is the size of the capsules. they are on the large size.My second bottle will be here in a couple of days. Will keep everyone posted on its effectiveness.

Been using another brand,but price and reviews brought me here,look same ,ingrediants list same at half cost. Will update,after month or so!

I liked how it did help me focus for a 1-3 hour period. However, it is strange. It hits like 10 hours after you take it. The omegas make me sleepy so you are tired and then it hits 10 hours later and you are super focused for that time period. However, this is not good because if you take it at the wrong time, it can hit while you are asleep. Not good. Then your circadian rhythms get all of of sync. There are benefits but it is not worth managing when the focus time will come.
