Keeps the Kitties out of the Pantry
Easy assembly, adjustable and sturdy. However I'm not sure it would keep a puppy in. Wish we would have found this a couple of years ago. This is definitely less expensive and easy to open/close compared to buying a wood/glass window pantry doo.

Works perfectly
I absolutely love how this gate keeps the kittens from being able to get into my sewing room and still allows air flow through for heating and air conditioning. It was not too hard to put together but I did have trouble getting it to stay in place on my slick tile floors. I’m a grandma in my 70’s and I just couldn’t adjust it tight enough to hold the bottom pads in place. So, I finally put a couple of strips of Gorilla clear mounting tape on the bottoms of the big rubber feet and haven’t had a moment of trouble since. One of my favorite features is that when I open it to walk through, there is nothing across the bottom to step up over or to possibly trip on! The way this mounts, it leaves the floor clear and only utilizes the floor under the mounting poles by the walls. That is a fantastic feature in my opinion. This gate looks nice and works perfectly! I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Great Cat Gate for Catio!
I used this gate to help turn my covered back porch into a catio, along with some chicken wire around the railings. Putting it together and installing it was pretty easy (I did it on my own - I imagine it would be even easier with another person to help!), and it works almost PERFECTLY. I'm able to still use the back porch, leave it, and close the gate behind me so the cats can't get out, which is so much better than closing the opening up with chicken wire and not being able to use it.My only gripe is that when I open it, I have to sort of "lift" the doors, because if I don't, the alignment is thrown off - they don't open smoothly without a small lift to help out. Not a dealbreaker for me, because of just how useful this gate it otherwise, but thought it should be noted for anyone looking at a cat gate. If the alignment does get thrown off, it's a pretty easy fix, just annoying to do over and over - when I figured out giving the doors a lift during opening helped avoid that issue, I had a much better experience.Overall, I recommend this cat gate - it does exactly what it needs to do (keep the cats in their backyard catio safely!) and is easy to put together, install, and use.

Easy set up and does the job
I just received this yesterday and we put it up within a few minutes, it was very easy.So far it’s doing the job of keeping my four cats from going upstairs because I recently lost one of my cats from falling off the ledge upstairs and landing the wrong way on the stairs, which devastated us!To prevent anything like that from happening again, we decided to buy this gate and so far so good, the cats cannot get past this gate. The only complaint I have is that it is a little bit flimsy, but it still does the job it’s intended to do.

Worked well at first
It worked pretty well for about a year to keep my cats out of the upstairs of the house, until they realized if they ran full speed at the middle it would pop open. They have managed to break both of the latches by forcing themselves through the middle so now I have no way to latch it closed.

Tall enough but cat still made it through the middle:(
The media could not be loaded. 04/24 update: I have to give this 1 star now because our cat was able to slip between the middle to our absolute shock. The gates aren’t the most sturdy because the doors are made from plastic and they still wobble when latched. Our 9lb cat pushed himself through the middle hard enough to make extra room to get upstairs. All he needed was that extra little inch to make it through. Also, the bottom latch gets loose no matter how much we tighten the screws. Disappointed this didn’t work given how expensive it was. We need a gate that's metal where it opens from the side, not the middle. We've had to now add tin foil to the gate to deter our cat from coming in while we wait for a different gate (as seen in the video).

So east to assemble.
Does the job and a breeze to assemble and install.

Won’t hold up to pressure
Plastic is hollow and flimsy so it won’t hold up to much pressure. Works great for me because I only need to keep my cat out of the room and she doesn’t try to get in. That is about all the pressure it can handle. Ots way overpriced
