Damaged Product
Got the headphones as a gift a day before traveling and after opening it the left side was not working.

Not multi devices connection friendly
Can't connect more than one device at a time, and also connecting requires more time than other bluetooth devices.

I ended up returning it.
I wanted so much to like it because I have been happy with many other UGREEN items I have been using. But after a week of trying to use it, it just is a poor comparison to other headsets in its price range (was not expecting to to be as good as Bose QC or Sony X4). Also, it kept disconnecting from an LG smart TV and a Xiaomi phone but that may be just a defect on the particular unit I received.
