Q: Ive bought this to power a unifi ap ac pro following below reviews, but looks to only push out 24v opposed to the 48v ive seen on other reviews.

I made the same mistake you need the Poe-48-24 not the Poe-24-12 for the ac pro

Q: Does this come with a uk plug

If purchased from seller ‘touringenterprises’ a UK plug is included.

NO - This PoE is NOT Compatible with Unifi AC-PRO which requires 48v. This PoE is 24v for Airmax devices and no PRO Unifi devices.

Q: does this only support 100 Mbits networks

I have a wireless link connected to mine and that is connecting at a gigabit and producing equal speeds across the link/network
