Overall a good product, but i expected it to be softer to be honest. It’s hard to chew on but I can manage.

Cheap and effective
It does the job well but you have to understand that they will break with use. I also wish that they can sell 3 pieces of medium or hard level separately.

Don’t actually do anything
No improvement at all, all it did was cause jaw aches and pains. It felt like I was pushing my jaw muscles to its limit rather than excersizing it. Just chew gum if you want a stronger jaw, it tastes better and is way less painful.
