OH MY GOSH! I can not believe the outstanding and quick response from BONA about my broken Hardwood Floor Mop! Within ONE hour after I contacted them, Bona contacted me back asking for specific info. I responded with requested info and within a few days, was delivered a brand new part to replace the broken one...at NO COST!!! No hassle. No problem! This is the best customer service I have ever encountered!!!! I am a long time consumer of BONA and now, a lifetime one!!! I recently purchased the Bona Hardwood Floor Premium Spray Mop, and I’m really impressed with how well it works. It’s super easy to assemble and use—just fill the included cartridge with the cleaning solution, and you’re ready to go.The spray is nice and even, and the microfiber pad does a great job picking up dust, dirt, and grime without leaving streaks. I especially love the dual zone cleaning design—it definitely helps me clean faster and more efficiently.The handle feels sturdy, and the fact that the pad is machine washable is a huge bonus. I’ve used it several times now, and it’s made cleaning my hardwood floors so much easier and more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-use mop for wood floors!

We recently moved into a new house with hardwood floors (we’ve always had carpet) so it was kind of a new experience for us. The first thing that we decided to get was a mop- how else would we be able to get it clean, right?? We’ve used Bona products with success before so we felt confident about getting this spray mop.My first impression? It seems sturdier than the Swiffer that I used to wash the bathroom tiles with (trust me, I’ve broken more than one over the years). Not just that but the mop head itself is a lot wider…I can clean so much more with a swipe. It doesn’t leave any hazy residue on the ground either, which was a problem that I had with the Swiffer. That said here are some of the things I think you'll like about it plus one of the only issues I've encountered (and a simple fix to solve it.)Things I like about it:The spray system works great - The bottle is attached directly to the mop which makes it a big time saver. Each spray also covers a wide distance, not to mention a good distance! At the same however, it doesn’t use a lot of liquid. I have a feeling that my bottle of cleaner will last a long time!It’s easy to use - It took me less than 3 minutes to assemble the mop and I’m usually not good with these things. The trigger on top of the handle also works well in that you only need to press it gently for a spray to come out of the head. I was a little worried that it’d be hard to press but that wasn’t an issue at all! The mop pads are also easy to attach—there are velcro strips on the bottom that hold them in place. It might seem weird at first since the mop head sticks out of the pads but that's actually how they’re designed. They come with rubber corners that act as a sort of “bumper” that prevents you from damaging your furniture.The cleaner is effective - The mop comes with a full-size bottle of Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner so you can start cleaning the second you get it! All you have to do is pour a bit into the reusable dispenser. A little goes a long way so you don’t have to add that much. So far, I’m happy with how the formula works—it has gotten rid of most of the dirt and grime from our floors! I haven’t noticed any streaks too which is a plus (especially since we have dark hardwood floors).What could be better:The pads are cheap and don't clean very well - The one thing that I noticed is that the pads that it comes with doesn’t stick that well to the velcro strips and they aren't very good at trapping dirt/dust/hair. I do like how they’re reusable, though however they didn't survive more than a handful of washes.Anyway, what I ended up doing was I switched to using these microfiber mop pads. The size of the pads are a little different but they fit well (I attached a couple pics to the review) and work a lot better at cleaning up messes than the pads that came with the mop.Overall I think it's a great mop I just wish they would of included a better set of pads with the mop so I didn't have to upgrade them but in the end it was a simple fix and I imagine this setup lasting me for years!

Hi,I have purchased this item on 11/24/2024 & understand that return window is closed.We are very happy with this item, very useful.It was working fine till last week but all of a sudden it stopped working.Please assist me what can be done so that i will be in no loss.ThanksAmit

What can I say about floor cleaning products? I had an earlier version of this mop and it broke, hard to get the fluid to spray. I was so disappointed. I asked for a new one for Christmas. This one is very different. It works beautifully. It comes unassembled and is very easy to put together. The design of the handle is better. The spray is pumped out in a nice triangle. If you have laminate this is the cleaning product for you. They also have one designed for hardwood floors. A big tip is sweep the floor before you use the mop. I highly advise you buy spare pads. That way you can do larger areas with out bogging down the mop pad with dirt.

We have a dog in the house and even after the roomba, this is very helpful on some days. We have two of them now. One for the kitchen and one for the rest of the house. Very convenient because the mop cloth can easily be removed and washed in the washing machine. Do not dry in the dryer.

I found this to be an excellent well designed and thought-out pad mop.It is heavy duty and does a wonderful job cleaning our floors.
