Its very good. My hair looks like it's been styled and straightened just after blow drying with this and a brush. Initially thought the cool shot button didn't work but it does. You need to have your hairdryer on the highest heat and speed setting and once you press the coolshot button it sends out cold air to set your hair. Kinda thought it would have a metal matte finish but it's plastic and it ends up looking kinda cheap. Also it's very loud. I don't think any hairdryer at this price point is going to be quiet. But it's still very good and I'm really glad I bought it. The attachments are very useful too. It's heavy but you don't have to hold it for a long while because it dries everything down quickly. Also you can plug it only into the big three point plug points

I don't recommend this hair dryer. It comes with a 15 AMP plug which most houses dont have in bedrooms. This is the same plug points used to power your fridge or washing machine. You will have to buy an adapter which costs almost as much as the hair dryer and you will not be able to use it continuously on a 5 AMP plug point. It also does not have a return option so once you discover this upon receipt its too late!!!
