This bag keeps pizza HOT HOT HOT! You can technically use it for other cold or hot items that would fit in the bag but I got it due to delivery requirements for Pizza deliveries. It's quite durable and honestly I wasn't shocked to find out it perfectly matches my XXL catering bag that I got a different time as far as material and make. Overall it works well and it will hold all standard pizza sizes, excluding places that make "abnormally" large pizzas but all main chains won't make a pizza too big for this bag. The bag is fairly thin but that doesn't take away from it's durability or insulating ability.

Must have for food deliveries. Huge! Keeps things very hot for a good amount of time. Customers always happy with temp of their when I delivered it. Some complained about the zipper breaking. I did not encounter that. The handles are well stitched and makes it easy to carry. If I continued delivering food I would have bought another because it was worth the cost.

Okay. Well. I found out the hard way that you probably are better off buying one of the pizza/takeaway carriers which have the little side grommet/air venting hole. I started to get one of those, and can’t recall why I didn’t—it was either a sale or I preferred the carry handles on this version.I bought this as part of a semi-silly Christmas gift for my nephew: Gift card to a popular local college pizza restaurant, hot sauce, a seasoning shaker, and this neat-o bag. I, um, may have bought a bag for myself at the same time. Shhh. (I was taking multiple thank you pizzas before Christmas to a business I love, and WHO WANTS TO DELIVER COLD PIZZA? Right?!) So I delivered the pizzas, left the bag in my car, and found out later that you must, *M U S T* leave these unzipped after use. Probably wiping them down with wipes periodically would be good, but that didn’t occur to me after using it once for maybe 12 minutes. (Don’t judge. It was only 12 minutes, but the pizza arrived HOT.)So I *would* recommend this bag, yes. Sturdy handles, great insulation, light, folds up to ride in car. I would even buy one for a gift, but I Might first look and see if one with a vent was available—letting steam out would keep crust and box from getting soggy as well as help bag air out later if, like me, you autopilot zip things up after use. Good college gift. Just maybe include a can of air freshener for the car for times they forget to leave the bag unzipped. My 10-12 minute drive with hot pizza was a delivery success, but the next time I opened the bag my car smelled like a Troll’s uncut toenails until I sprayed the heckfire out of the car interior. Hot Parmesan cheese and tomato sauce: good. Leftover scent of hot Parmesan and tomato sauce: airline sick bag recommended. Perhaps it was so terrible because it caught me so unexpectedly, but the fact I have written a novel of a review should tell you it was extreme.Still—I recommend the bag, and not solely for pizza, but any hot carry out…just air it out, too. For real.

This bag is great for delivering especially with door dash. The size is perfect for approval from all delivery companies. I will say the zipper is fragile and did break. So if the zipper could be more reinforced this would be a great product
