I love that it's clear but I bought the wrong size

We did buy the 55cm ball, but when we recieved it, the maximum size we could get it to was 49cm. We tried several different pumps, but no luck.When speaking to the supplier I was offered to send it back at my cost, which would have been 60% of the actual value, so we kept it, but will not order any other Gymnic product.

Not 55"!
This gym ball is advertised as being 55". To the western world that means fifty-five inches. When I began to inflate it I quickly realised that its size is fifty-five centimetres, which we shorten to 55cm. This ball is useless.
