I think we’ve been using these on mom for about a year. They work good for her problem. She likes the taste otherwise she wouldn’t eat them. Easy to use. They smell good, like candy. Helps with her gut problem

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased one bottle of Mira fiber and one bottle of Metamucil fiber gummies . This one tastes way better and works the same. The Metamucil ones taste so bad that I won’t even take them. Taste:Fruitier with more chew/bounce than Metamucil ones (that taste like fake orange syrup and so mushy in texture)

As soon as I saw that there were miralax gummies, I had to add them to my cart. As a parent, it can be challenging to get a kid to finish a whole glass of grainy juice, as is the case with the powder option. My daughter thinks she's eating candy and is straining less constipated, win-win. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because the taste could use some work.

I started off with the full dose of 4 which gave me a severe bloat. I went down to three and it’s a perfect dose helps me use the bathroom no problem. I have severe IBS in these seem to only thing that does the trick for me. Definitely helps with digestion!!!! They are easy to chew and taste amazing as well. The only con I have is it doesn’t last an entire month. Taking three a day, will only gets me thru 3 weeks.

The Miralax gummies were effective but had the unfortunate side effect of gas for me. I use regular Miralax occasionally with good results.

These work better than anything I have ever tried. They are the best for consistent comfort. I do NOT like gummy anything. But these are worth it.

I have tinkered with fiber from food sources as well as supplements like these, psyllium husks, and Amazon’s osmotic laxative similar to a popular brand.I’ve found that two of these combined with a reasonable diet in fiber is the minimum to counteract the medication. If I need something more, I add in Amazon’s product mixed in water.When it comes to gas, two gummies is the limit while also achieving the benefit. Three is iffy re gas, and four puts me in full toot mode by early evening if taken mid-morning, and that’s not the kind of regular I want to be.I love, love, love the taste and texture of these. They’re sweet and fruity, and mouthwateringly tart in a great way. I like the dark red and purple ones. Orange is good but not like the berry ones. I’d eat these as candy, but I eat them after breakfast to get that breakfast taste out of my mouth before a final brushing and heading out the door. They’re a morning treat with functional benefits.

These really upset my stomach!! At first I thought it might be a fluke, but definitely not. They taste good, but man, they make me miserable so they are a no-go. For anyone wanting to try them, I would start with a single gummy for a few days and see how it sits with you. I’m able to take other fiber with no problems at all—ie benefiber clear fiber in water or even miralax powder or psyllium capsules, so it’s something specific to these gummies.
