I have been using these for years, previous used the famous patches (brown ones) but changed to these as I didn't like wetting the paper every time.They work by restricting the movement in areas where dynamic lines appear. If you wear them overnight that's approx 8 hours where you are not creating those lines. When you take them off in the morning the lines are gone/diminished. They will reappear over the day. This is not a forever fix.After years of use here's what I think you need to know:1. They should be used on clean/dry skin. I would not recommend using skincare products underneath them especially products like retinol or glycolic acid. This can cause a reaction/rash. If you have to use products underneath them, I would wait for it to absorbed (or as long as possible - 30+ minutes).2. Don't wear them for longer than 10 hours. I have tried wearing them throughout the day (while at home) and this can cause irritation and a reaction.3. Make sure you clean all the adhesive off your skin when you remove the patch. I find that it can be quite hard to remove!4. Don't use each patch more than twice. As above, it can cause a reaction.5. Don't use them near or under the eyes - the adhesive is too strong for this delicate area. I don't even use them near the crow's feet area for this reason.I should note I do have quite sensitive skin, so you may not have any of these issues, but if you stick to the above you'll minimise any downsides and still get all the positives.

I switched from Frownies to these and glad I made the move. They are discreet, already sticky so no need to mess about with wetting and then holding until they are in place. A good selection of sizes but the really small ones are a bit of a waste for me so will unfortunately go in the bin 😑. I have acne prone oily skin and these have not caused any issues with reactions etc.For those hoping for a miracle, I suggest you book an appointment for botox as these are not a cure for your lines BUT they help tonnes. I'm a serious sleep frowner so I cannot live without these. Lines are dramatically reduced for me (I'm 35) by the morning but if you are a person who says a lot with expression then they slowly return throughout the day - but on a reduced scale for me. They are worth a try, what have you got to lose 🤷🏻‍♀️.

After two nights of wearing they have left a rash on my forehead and between my eyebrows. I think it will get worse if I continue to use them so I'll discontinue use. Sad, as I was definitely seeing a difference in the lines on my face for at least an hour after removal and hoped with consistent use they'd make a lasting change.

Please try to be careful to use this product because definitely you need medical assistant before and after you used.My experience with it is damaged my skin badly especially around my ayes and my look like 10 years older just for using it for a few days that why I seeking Medical help and assistant from specialist with skin care and the problem I have had with my treatment which include some injection and some tablets and I am waiting for the result and the recovery but nothing happened yet... I really regret it and it’s was one of the worst decision I in my life to to choose and trust what is written even though I follow the instruction and I had tried in my hand before I putted to my face nothing happened to my hand after hour but all the damage it’s had been to my face when I bought it on it.I am not really appreciate Amazon to put this kind of stuff which can lead to suffer and Painful and expensive treatment so please ever one should take care .

Looks great when take off after having on for a few hours, but wrinkles come back within minutes sadly. There really is no cure for wrinkles other than a facelift or Botox!

If I had to go anywhere and choose only 3 cosmetic items to take I would bring Smoothies. I have been using them for many years. First I started with frownies, but smoothies do it for me purely because of the variety of shapes and they are clear more discreet. They slow down wrinkles. I use every night without fail. They smooth out the lines and eventually slow down the appearance of ageing. They are great anyone that says otherwise isn’t using them properly or isn't persistent enough. I’m just jealous I didn’t invent them. I use several stickers and used them 2 or 3 times, you have to clean your face first make sure there is no make up on. When my postman comes in the morning, I just say I have a headache. Great product and natural. Many times over the years women asked me what do I use - I tell them - I’m not embarrassed I couldn’t be without them. My advice use them for 3 months you will start to see a notable difference,

I've tried other types but they don't live up to Facial Smoothies, I have been using these Facial Smoothies for years they couldn't be easier to use on clean dry skin, peel and stick, no licking or holding waiting to dry, they stay in place perfectly until you are ready to remove them, do it carefully though then clean to remove any residue before moisturising, I use a mixture of shapes to hold my forehead and 11's it trains your muscles to behave, it's not permanent but it makes a big difference if used on a nightly basis, or if working and scowling slap on a triangle and let it flatten out those 11's love love love them and will be back for more thank you to the lovely family who made and shared their knowledge with us.
