I was skeptical of these shirts when I first ordered them. I knew they were cheap $5 shirts you can find on Alibaba, but I was willing to give them a shot. The material makeup is 90% cotton and 10% spandex, which makes them feel soft while having a decent amount of stretch. Of course, like most reviews here, I was worried about shrinkage after washing and drying, so I took others' advice and ordered 2 sizes up from my typical workout shirt. I am 6'-1" and weigh roughly 180 pounds. I typically wear size medium in a workout shirt because I want them to fit a little tight (to show off my muscles, of course). That being said, I wear size large most other times. And it really depends on the brand of shirt; if they run small, I wear a large, if they run big, I wear a medium, or, in the case of Carhartt and Duluth Trading Company, I wear size small, but that's a different story altogether. With all that being said, I ordered size XL.I tried the shirt on when I got it and it was a little big, but not THAT big. I could have worn it out, but I knew it would shrink, so I put it in the wash. Sure enough, it shrank, but I don't know if it shrank 2 sizes. After a couple of washes, it seems to have stabilized at around a "large" size. I'm not disappointed that it didn't shrink more, but I am hesitant to recommend ordering two sizes up. That being said, if you like your workout shirts tight, order 1 size up, if you like them a little more loose, order 2 sizes up. The quality is still good after a couple of washes, I gave it 4 stars though because I'm not sure how it will hold up over time.

This is a good quality workout shirt that is comfortable. I normally wear large and hang dry my shirts so they don’t shrink after I’ve washed them, but unfortunately this one ended up in the dryer and now fits like a medium. Mine used to fit like the one on the model. Now the sleeves stop just above my wrists.If considering purchasing, order your normal size and don’t put it in the dryer. Otherwise, go one size larger and you’ll be okay if it shrinks a bit.

My husband got this shirt to work out in and its a little snug for his liking. He ordered a large which he is usually a medium and it still was a little too tight around the armpits.

Great shirt. Will buy again. Size up. I’m 5’9” 190 muscular and normally wear a large. Read a few reviews about sizing and I did. Glad I did fits perfectly

These shirts didn't fit me too good. They were super tight and ran small. Material seemed alright but the shirt overall seemed to have some weird sizing. I don't plan to purchase again.

Sleeves are not baggy but waist is almost too baggy to wear to yoga class. I tried to shrink it in the dryer but the good quality cotton did not shrink so it’s a shirt that feels good but is really dad bod at the waist. That is, the waist is the same size as the chest. That means a medium size has a 40 inch waist. I wish they should start listing waist sizes for shirts. I need a 32 inch waist size shirt.

These T-shirts are tight on the arms and loose in the belly. They feel great and are very slimming.

Mala calidad se ve en las costuras, el corte es terrible y son todo menos largas. Si eres alto, no sirven. Además compré dos, de la misma talla y varían en sus medidas. Mala experiencia y muy por debajo de mi expectativa

Si varían entre dos tallas, recomiendo y por la más alta. Mido 1.74 m y peso 76 kg, la talla M me quedó bien.
