I mainly use it to cook rice or make maggie.Recently my lid broke cause I accidentally dropped it so I called up agaro customer service and Suraj helped me place an order for another lid for 300 rs.It took 2 days to arrive.The process was quick and hassel free.👍P.s. the 2 year insurance mentioned in the description does not apply to amazon so you need to call up agaro customer service seperately to discuss this.

It's a very good and handy product , sometimes it doesn't work in between due to the high temperature but rest of the extra appliances,makes the product far more better

It's good but the automatic shut off function is not useful for those who want to make a stir fry or shallow fry or something like that , boiling milk gave a nice dark burnt stain and it was difficult to wash it off (yes the stain goes away but takes some effort) rest was good.Then i started having issue with the lid the handle was rotating on its own a few days ago and i tightened it and then it came out completely, there seems to some problem in the inside of the handle (like the grooves were not done properly or something so once the screw came out i either had to get a replacement or make do with it) i contacted the customer service and yeah that is the solution i got.
