I bought this product at the suggestion of my holistic doctor. I’ve been taking this for about six months. Every night, I mix a serving of magnesium powder in a small cup of water and drink it a couple hours before bed to help me wind down. Magnesium is good for your nervous system and also for muscle relaxation. After taking this product for some time, it seems to help me sleep more deeply.

Don’t like the flavor too much. Feels too strong. Love the flavorless better.

Works as advertised (for me)

Yummy and puts me right to sleep. Tastes very good mixed with water then topped with soda

If the flavor was palatable I would definitely drink it but unfortunately had to toss it

First time, I tried it with water. It’s chalky, of course. Flavor definitely could use some citrus. First time gave me quite a stomach ache, too. Tastes a lot better with orange juice. However, I would almost recommend using it with the cheap, sour orange juice to balance out the sweet chalkiness.
