Comfortable, adjustable office chair
This chair came well packed, undamaged. Heavy but solid. Easy instructions to construct. The chair is so comfortable, supportive in the back, lumbar area and neck. The height of the seat is easily adjusted to your specific needs. The added benefit of moving armrests, both up, down, forward and back as well as tilting in or out. This gives the user a fully supportive seating experience. The seat is ample and soft, along with the breathable back rest make this a great office chair. The seat height can be altered and then locked in place. special offer available at the time of purchase made this an affordable option.

Very Satisfied
17 kilogrammes is 37 ½ pounds to us older folk, making the boxed product very heavy! Unpacking the box is not a quick process as the contents are extremely well wrapped and protected from any shock or chafing damage. You discover at this point too why the box was so heavy, as you unwrap each parcel to reveal just how sturdy and well-made the components are. Having laid out all the contents and checked them against the contents list, I assembled the chair following the clear instructions. Although this was not difficult to do, it would I believe, have been easier still if I had scanned the Fitting Instructions QR code and watched the Assembly Video using the instructions as backup. I watched after having already assembled the chair! The 968ZK in black with its roller-blade wheels was my choice. There is a contrasting white trimmed option available, with the same black mesh cushioning, as well as the 968ZK-S which has chromed stand legs. The basic 968 model has standard castors.I have sometimes suffered from sciatica and lower back problems which have developed into a weakened posture as I aged. Previous chairs have not been comfortable despite various adjustments and the addition of cushions. At the age of 76, I even tried a gaming chair but, despite its high back and lumber support, it left me with a hunched back when getting out of it and trying to walk. In contrast, with this new chair, I can find comfort. Although there is provision to decide on a favoured tilt angle and then lock the seat back, I prefer to leave the mechanism free to rock gently while I am thinking between periods of keyboard input. I used the tilt tensioning knob, located under the seat cushion, to calibrate the amount of resistance needed to balance my body weight for when I lean back to relax. In conclusion, I am delighted with my purchase and fully confident, as the proud owner of what will become a robust and long-lived product.

Superb wuality
The chair itself is fantastic the tile is perfect and it is actually ergonomic unlike most other chairs available. I was blown away with the quality on the finishes and the aesthetic choice of being able to hide the screws. The only thing that feel short for me is the seat size. It is roughly 5cm smaller than my previous chair and most regular chairs so it feels and looks small. Will need time to become familiar with it but other than that you can’t go wrong with this. 100% worth the investment.

A fair price for reasonable quality.
Very easy to assemble and like the mesh style as it seems to stop pressure on the base of the spine. The wheels are far better than the standard for this type of chair. Bought a second one a week later for my wife. Long term suitability, we’ll have to wait and see.

Doesn't last, don't buy it
I have had this chair for a bit over a year now. It was fine for first 2 months and then it started making loud creaking noises whenever you moved around.I've tried spraying wd40, tightening all the bolts and it still squeaks. The seat material isn't very grippy so I found myself sliding off the chair if I didn't sit perfectly upright. The lumbar support at the bottom sticks out too far and forces you to slouch in the chair, which goes against the reason for having an ergonomic design. The piston goes down on its own. This started about 5 months ago, so about 7 months into ownership. It constantly goes down throughout the day and sometimes rapidly drops all the way to the lowest setting, from maximum height, after only a few seconds.I again have looked over the whole chair and can't seem to fix that.I really wanted to like this chair but it has not lasted long and I have had better longevity and comfort from chairs that cost half as much.

Sturdy, loads of adjustment, feels more solid than a lot of other similar chairs
This office chair is a such a great upgrade to my old chair that was falling apart and making constant noises every time I moved an inch, it provides plenty of support and comfort without breaking the bank (or your back). This chair offers good lumbar/spine support; a good range of adjustment in height and amount of recline; the overall construction is reasonably sturdy and durable, and the cushioning on the butt and back is soft and comfortable, even after sitting at it for countless hours either working or gaming. The majority of the chair is made of strong, slightly flexible plastic, and has easily withstood someone of ~115kg (chair limit 150kg) swiping back and forth on it, slumping all their weight down instantly (basically jumping into it), and pushing all their weight on the arms as they adjust to stand up, so I'd say that's impressive for the price! While is might not be as 'premium' as some chairs, as it doesn't have premium materials, design/embroidery patterns, memory foam, for the asking the asking price, this is a great semi-budget option which offers plenty of adjustment, good back support and is comfortable to sit in for long periods.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆I had high hopes for this chair, but after just a few months, it’s already showing some serious flaws. First, it started making creaking and squeaking noises every time I move, which is incredibly annoying. The headrest is also a big issue—it doesn’t stay in place and feels like it’s barely attached. It constantly slides down or tilts awkwardly, making it useless for proper support. The only reason I’m not giving it one star is that it’s still holding together (for now), but at this rate, I don’t expect it to last much longer. Definitely not worth the price.
