If your heel blisters happen to be less that 1cm in size these *might* fit.They are tiny very very tiny!I have those from other companies which are about 3 inches in length and I feel for the "BIGGEST PACK SIZE" assuming these would be the same size but more of them.They're in the bin as they're totally useless

Stayed put for 12 hours.
Slightly stiffer than another brand but they did the job. No new blisters on the bottom of my toes after an 12 hour shift and 22 miles of pounding the bays of the hospital A&E.
