Rather poor quality construction, but good tone
Item arrived with three chimes not attached (due to breakage of the suspension thread) but only two of them in the package. One further suspension thread was also in a frayed condition. I would thus probably have sent it straight back were it not for the fact I needed to use it in a concert soon after delivery. Re-stringing the chimes (and moving two of them up to fill the gap caused by the missing one) gave me a usable item, but it was not what I was expecting to have to do. On the upside, its tone is very good - nice and "tinkly" and not at all "jangly" (if you see what I mean!).

Good item, but fixing to base good for stability
We adapted it by fixing to child’s toy unit so it didn’t fall over when played

Great sounding fun instrument!
I use these regularly in my toddler music group and they are fab! The children absolutely love them and fight over them to get a turn. Sound is lovely! We play with fingers not the beater. Only slight gripe is I have had to re-glue the wooden frame together, but they are working hard with over 110 children each week!

Excellent chime
Lovely sound and very well made. Good size too and also if it took a while to arrive, the product was well protected and packed.
