I am writing to raise a dispute regarding an ice cream machine I purchased through Amazon approximately three months ago. Although the item was delivered on time, I only had the chance to open and use it recently due to personal circumstances—I was in the process of moving to a new house, and the item was initially sent to my friend in Dubai who later forwarded it to me in Kuwait.Upon first use, I discovered that the machine is not functioning. The main board appears to be burned, and it does not operate at all. As this is a clear product defect, I would like to request a return and a full refund.I understand that the return window may have passed, but I hope you will consider this request due to the exceptional circumstances. I am happy to return the defective unit.Thank you for your support.

Bought as a gift, it never work. Amazon nor the seller helped. No refund. Nothing. I actually felt ashamed that I bought it as a gift and it never work. A waste of money, also take note that in UAE this product might have different voltage, no one will notify you. If this is not available in your regular electronic store, might as well purchase there rather than amazon specially if it is a gift that you buy in advance.

I received the product 4 hours ago all parts are full of scratches and damages. very light quality when I put it on power it’s start to smoke and did an electric short. When I contact the seller. They told me I had to buy converter for a 300 dollar product. When the seller knows am buying this product outside the US it’s there responsibility to put a converter. What a bad and negative experience

This product, on its own, will not work in UAE. It comes with a US plug and you need to purchase a separate converter to make it work. The 1 star is not a rating. Couldn't use it to rate it.

PLEASE, MAKE SURE NOT TO USE A 110-120V APPLIANCES ON A 220-240V POWER OUTLET, THEY WILL BREAK AND BURN IMMEDIATELY, AND COULD CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE AND HARM!I bought this product from a local store and I loved it, so much that I decided to get another and gift it to my brother in Dubai.I found this deal on Amazon.ae (which is supposed to be the UAE Amazon page that sells mostly to UAE customers!!) but after receiving it we noticed that it was shipped from the USA and with US specs, 120v instead of the usual 220-240v that is used in the UAE and Middle East in general, so now we have to look for trustworthy power adapter to be able to use.Things that are available in Amazon.ae should have specs for the region it is targeting, or at least a clear description and warning in the title!!
