Golds Gym Multi Purpose Fitness Mat

What a complete and utterly useless Gym Mat, I cannot believe how pathetically thin it is. Useless, oh and it says in the product description, that it has exercises printed ON the matt... There are NO exercises on the mat at all, nor on the packaging. Please don't waste your money on this bit of cheap trash. Thank you for reading and I hope I save you some money.

I can't remember when I bought my previous mat, but it certainly has durability. My new mat will be used daily and I expect it to last for years!

Very cheap and flimsy. Not much padding . Would have been better with a 5 quid foam yoga mat. Wouldn’t recommend. Feels like Corporate merchandise.

Very slippery mat.Looks thick but, Not enough filling - can feel the floor underneath.Carrying strap is not detachable and gets in the way.

In view of the bargain price this is not a bad mat, but is not as thick or padded as more expensive ones/solid foam mats. If you have sensitive knees, then kneeling on this mat to do exercises may not suit you. However, size is good for full length exercises, and it folds into 3 with carrying handle, which is convenient.

Mat is comfortable with plenty of padding but has no grip so difficult to use on a wooden or laminate floor. This is a shame for a product clearly intended for home use.
