Good product. Value for money.
The media could not be loaded. It's not iron material. But Good. Grip is good, while work out some sound coming from inside material. Coating is ok. Workout at home make easy and affordable.

The product is not made by solid material, it has Sand or sum mud inside it which comes out after few months, & the weight of dumbbells get reduced.
