This is a sturdy and powerful flosser and appears to be well made. However, the two pin plug has slim prongs more like an EU plug. Works fine in a UK 3 pin adapter but is quite loose in my admittedly old bathroom two pin socket which causes the unit to keep powering off unless the plug is seated firmly. I do believe that the more modern UK bathroom sockets cater for this type of plug.

I would not recommend this product.
Machine only worked for 10 seconds every time I tried to use it, so I had to return it.This machine works with electricity 220 to 230V and my shaver's plug is 240V.There was no adaptor to the European plug for this machine.

replacement unit supplied and all seems to be working well.
poor quality power supply blew up my shaver socket - updated review after a replacement has been provided - so far working as expected, no issues with the power supply. seems like a good product.

Really like this device
Really like this device; its design appeals to me, and there is a very good pressure which comes out of it.I fill the reservoir twice with warm water, one fill for inside the teeth, and one for outside.A bit noisy, but nothing to worry about.

Exelent product!You no longer need a toothpaste.The bleeding of my teeth stopped after two weeks of use of this machine.My wreaths got their normal color and the distinctive for the wreaths a relief surface.They also stopped the toothache during eating.
