My husband & I wanted to take a vit C supplement over winter and this one looks as if it fits the bill well.Its not a massive dose, although over the UK recommended daily amount. (which is low). Provides 125mg of Vit C per tablet & we take one tablet a day. It says that its made from all natural forms of Vit C and is non acidic - we take with or shortly after food, as recommended, no problems with acid (& I seem to be prone to that) . Smells slightly of cherry. Have/do take other supplements by this company, all good.

Very comforting to know that this Vit C is from a food source and not ascorbic acid. I take them whenever I remember to be honest, and cant tell if its doing any good (I take so many other nutrients so its hard to say what works and what doesnt); I take them to heal my adrenals, but so far no luck. Maybe I need to be more consistent and regular. However, from what Ive heard and read, women should aim for 2g about 4x a day; thats 8000 mg if Im not mistaken, which means I'd have to scoff 16 of these per day to fulfil my daily quota!!! If that is the case, I think being healthy is going to remain an unattainable dream. :(

A quantum leap from the garbage "ascorbic acid" that you normally see and which is an utter waste of money...!!! If you want to supplement with vitamin C then you certainly want one that has been sourced from food and NOT one that has been synthetically manufactured.

These tablets were far to big for me to swallow and they aren't cheap really disappointed so binned them ok if you can swallow large tablets

"take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day, as required". What a useless instruction. There is no indication about the dose per capsule in mg. Yes, there is a list of the active ingredients per capsule, but who wants to add up 500mg, 108mg 108mg, 50mg and 7 mg. What not print 773mg (if that is the dose) clearly on the front? A "capsules" is NOT a useful unit of dose. The LD 50 is 11900mg/kg, so 3 capsules are unlikely to be harmful. But I'm guessing the dose.I do like the flat=box container.However, I will look for an alternative brand, that gives the contents in mg, when looking for a replacement.
