Stackable and durable tupperware with good airtight seals
These tupperware containers are small and stackable, and they also pack in a good amount of volume. The boxes come with lids that have non-removeable dark blue seals and four flaps that you can secure to the container. The plastic is good quality, slightly shiny and fairly seethrough but not not as clear as glass.Pros:- Completely airtight - I have never had any leaks, so great for sauces and packed lunches- Stackable and save space in the fridge, look tidy- Versatile - depending on what you put in them, they can be a whole meal or a snack- Easier to clean than boxes with removeable seals- Can be used for freezing (although can be hard to open, but that’s the case for all tupperware)Cons:- The sides been known to warp in the microwave, despite me taking the lid off as it instructs. However, this has only happened twice in three years of daily use- Can get stained, in particular by tomato sauces. This is fairly normal for most tupperware though, because the acid found in tomatoes causes them to ‘eat into’ the plasticComparing the pros and cons:Overall, the pros really outweigh the cons. Apart from a few weird microwaving incidents which ruined two of the twelve containers I had, they have survived daily use for years and the seals continued to be extremely effective. In terms of their capacity, I found it helpful to own a few larger containers alongside these.Target audience:These would work well for students and people on a budget because they are versatile, space-saving, and good for carrying around. I found them effective for carrying lunch to work, although you may wish to bring two containers, or put your lunch in a bigger container, and use these smaller ones for snacks. They would also suit someone who preps a lot of sauces or wants to make smaller portions of fruit or heavier meals. Finally, I could see them working well as part of a larger set of containers for various food prep purposes.Value for money:Excellent. I purchased six for around £12.50. I believe that this is competitively priced, because it would be difficult to find a set of six stacking/matching containers of this quality for less money.Overall:Versatile, smaller containers with reliable airtight seals that withstand the test of time.

Perfect portion size for frozen leftovers
I used these all the time: I find them the perfect size for freezing single portions. Lock 'n Lock are one of the best kitchen container makers. They're not everlasting – I have had the hinged clamps shear off in the past – but I have not found a better alternative. You need to be kind to them if just out of the freezer.

and they're excellent quality for the price
Got these for storing a batch of soup in individual portions, and they're excellent quality for the price. As other reviews warn, they *are* a bit smaller than expected--despite the fact I measured out 470 ml in another container beforehand to get a sense of what you can fit in them. Thing is, yes, you can get 470 ml in them but you'd virtually have to dunk them in water and put the lid on with them under in order to get that much in. This isn't 470 ml with a bit of clearance at the lip. It's 470 ml if filled right to the brim and overflowing. Ideal for a single portion of soup, and I could probably use them for chilli, curry or casserole the same way, but basically I'd look at these as 450-460 ml containers if you don't want to spilling stuff everywhere. If you're happy with that, they're solid wee things that seal well, so good value for money. I can see myself buying a set of the next size up too just for storing other stuff in bigger portions.

Perfect. Initially I was disappointed because they were smaller ...
Perfect . Initially I was disappointed because they were smaller than I thought they would be and they are certainly too small for a sandwich . However I purchased them for fruit salad and was amazed about the amount that actually fits in . I measured the amount one of these boxes can hold by filling a deep Indian takeaway plastic box and transferring into it , it all went in .So not only can I use it for a good size fruit salad I can use it for portioning leftovers . Their sturdy and air tight and worth the money .

Versatile little guys
I love Lock and Lock containers - I've kept many for some years. They are strong and durable and stack well in the fridge (especially rectangular ones). This size is very convenient for leftovers or snacks for one. Completely sealed so no liquid spills (though I wouldn't fill with liquid) and no transfer of smells in fridge. Altogether great

Great for meal prep for a desk lunch.
I bought this product so that I could make a meal through the week for my lunch at my desk. When I opened the package, I was a little shocked at the size, it was a little smaller than I expected. I decided that I would try it out anyway for the week. That was about 2 months ago and I'm still using it. I get a full lunch in it consisting of pasta, chicken and obviously lots of Vegetables. I use the microwave everyday and there's been no damage. It's a fantastic food container which sees no spills with it's Locking mechanism, I've used others in the past and these are the best, very tight.
