Great concept/great product
Great product if used as directed. Enzymes prevent any odors. Can’t use during sub-zero northern winters. Wish I’d bought one years ago. Easy installation. Quite a bit on the pricey side though.

This is not the product I received. I ordered this product for $99 and received the more flimsy $36 model. The product I received is garbage for $99.

Better quality than the plastic one we tried. Not an answer if you have more than one small dog.
Might be good if you only have one small dog. Did not serve our needs as we have many dogs several of which are 200 lbs.
