Thick heavy bottom steel kadai with lid made of good quality material. Can be used for making rice bath, veg stir fry and also deep frying. Multi purpose steel kadai best for a family of 4. Totally recommend this one and worth the money spent.

Be there, while cooking till we accustomed to it
Excellent product, with sufficient weight with proper ergonomic design. Care has to be taken while cooking to avoid bottom burning. It is the triply base that absorbs the heat very fast. So we have to cook on medium to low flame, and have to check and and mix frequently, especially while making thick gravy curries. Once accustomed, it is Excellent.
