The best for last moment gravy
I do purchase this and other jars for different meats. It comes in very handy for your basic dinners ie sausage and mash and other meats that do not give a lot of juice or fatty juice. Usually I put in a Pyrex jug adding water vigorously stirring. On the hob I’ll have the meat juice, any flour plus a stock cube and add. Bingo a lovely tasty gravy.Not too sure if you’re aware.The secret to having no lumps is before adding the boiling water pour cold water just a little to the granules and make a paste. Recommend for sure
