This is the worst interval timer I have ever encountered. The instructions are SELESS. You cannot understand them no matter how many times you read tem. There is no OBVIOUS on/off switch...just a mess of a product. DO NOT BUY!

Very happy with the timer - it is great for interval training. I can hear the alarm much better than the one I used to have.

Not an efficient timer
Does not keep the timing right. Is off by 2 seconds every other time. The right time is crucial when running intervals. I clocked it against Map My Run and another timer.
