Got exactly what I was looking for - a simple box I can place in a drawer to hold my keys and prevent thieves from picking up the proximity signal. With the box closed and the clasp latched, I took the box with my key in it up the vehicle and it did not recognize the presence of the key. As soon as I opened the box, my doors unlocked! Proof positive that the box is adequately blocking the key's signal. The clasp does have to be latched fully or else it seems that enough radio waves can sneak through the lid seam. Works exactly as described.The build quality is acceptable for the price and based on initial impressions, I think it will hold up well to daily use and is very easy to operate.The small size box is large enough to fit at least a few keys in it comfortably.

It's classy black, good quality and all the car keys can fit. No more searching for where spouse left his keys.And it works for security! Car will not open nor start when I'm standing right next to it, fob inside box with lid closed.

I purchased this after someone told me to look for boxes/bags that block the key fob from transmitting to your car. There are a lot of people who check cars at night and I don't want to risk it. I was skeptical that it worked, but it does. I took the entire box to my car and nothing happened. The doors did not unlock - there was no signal. I love it. I use the box more than the bags and just keep everything locked into the box and it works so well. I would recommend purchasing this and trying it out for yourself. worth the money and peace of mind.

The box actually holds a decent amount of key sets so every car owner in our home has a place to put their set. The separate key bags have also been a savior. When traveling along the coast recently some nights were spent sleeping in our large travel vehicle. When inside the car if the keys are on you it can easily be unlocked from the outside. Luckily with these travel bags, the key’s signal were able to be blocked leaving us very safe inside! It really works and gives a great peace of mind

The box works, but unfortunately the fob bag does not. I think I will keep this for at least the box. The fob bag is useless and there is no way that I can get my personal car’s fob in the bag. Key fobs are rather large these days and I have had a difficult time finding a fob bag for the newer car. My suggestion is to buy if you want a box, and just use the fob bag as a small wallet that does not protect anything.
