Se la he regalado a mi hija (16 años) y a pesar de que al principio me pareció excesiva para ella, la verdad es que le va muy bien y está encantada. Según ella no es una cuerda rápida como las que había tenido de fitness, pero le permite un ritmo y un trabajo que le hes más provechoso.

Ein tolles Produkt für Menschen, die über Kraft verfügen und damit ein Ganzkörper Training durchführen. Ich war beim Auspacken erschrocken über die Schwere des Seiles. Auch machte es mir Angst vor Selbstverletzung. Ich habe es ausprobiert und wenn man es richtig handhabt, ist es bestimmt perfekt. Zwei meiner Söhne bekamen es mit dem Vermerk geschenkt, dass sie es auch gegen ein leichteres Seil austauschen könnten. Doch beide wollten es auf jeden Fall behalten. Für sie ist es perfekt!!! Ich persönlich werde bei einem leichten Springseil bleiben. Auch sollte man beim Gebrauch unbedingt aufpassen, dass weder Menschen, Kinder und Tiere im Umfeld sind, dies könnte zu Verletzungen führen.Trotzallem - sehr empfehlenswert aufgrund der Qualität und des Trainingseffektes!!!

Corda pesante.
Eccellente per i miei allenamenti. Tutta un'altra storia rispetto alla corda normale...sento lavorare tutti i muscoli dell' avambraccio e della parte alta della schiena. Certo che il primo impatto non è dei migliori ma un po' alla volta ci si prende la mano. Straconsiglio.
