Faveroute breakfast!
I’m so happy to be able to buy future life on amazon. It was our faveroute breakfast while living in South Africa and it helps a lot to be able to purchase it on amazon.

Tastes good, ingredient list should be in product description
This review is for “FUTURELIFE Smart Food”. I like this as a cereal. I mixed it with almond milk to a consistency I liked. The instructions give suggested measurements but I just guessed. Dry, this is a powder. Mixed it has a smooth consistency (there were a few lumps but I was feeling impatient). There’s a lot of flexibility depending on whether you want a thicker or thinner mix. The slightly sweet taste is mild and good. Some of the sweetness is from the almond milk but I tried the plain powder and it is sweet (from the erythritol, sucralose, and glucose syrup). I'm sensitive to some sugar alcohols like sorbitol but I didn't have any problems with the erythritol in this cereal.Translating kJ to calories, a serving is around 183 calories. Again, I’m not sure how much powder corresponds to a 50 g serving but there are 10 servings in a box. The protein and fiber contents are good and there isn’t a lot of fat.My one complaint is the ingredients aren’t shown in the product description. I like to know what’s in a food product before deciding to order it. The ingredients are listed on the box and the cereal contains soy and milk powder. It's surprising this isn't mentioned in the product description because it’s advertised as being wheat and gluten free. I don’t have a problem with milk or soy but they’re common allergens. I like this cereal and would order it again but I deducted a star because common allergens aren’t disclosed in the product description.

Taste
Best protein powder drink I have ever found. And I’ve been doing protein powder for 40 years. Try it, you will love it.

Tastes like a sweetened cream of wheat (Wheat Flavor). Lots of added nutrition.
I like all sorts of hot cereal. This is like an instant, pre-sweetened cream of wheat cereal. It’s good, but it does have a tad more sweetener than I would normally add. There is an abundance of nutrients added to this. The nutrition label isn’t written in US standard notation, so it’s a bit cumbersome to figure out. Unlike traditional cream of wheat, this does have sodium and sugars, though I’m not sure how much sugar. I do know it comes from sucrose and glucose syrup. The box says it’s lactose free, but per the ingredients list, it contains cow’s milk. Not sure how that plays out.Regardless, I like it and will eat it when I want a sweeter than I normally have hot cereal.Of slight annoyance, the box is probably three times bigger than it needs to be, which is a waste of space in my cupboard.

A nice way to get more fiber and protein
I need more fiber in my diet. I don't like porridge but I figured that having it as a shake would be easier to get it down. It is. It smells like chocolatey brownie mix, but the taste is more cinnamony to me, I didn't really notice much, if any chocolate flavor. Perhaps I would have if I tried the original first. It's not a bad flavor and is quite easy to drink, though the graininess is a little weird at first. I'm thinking the next time I have it I might mix it with another chocolatey vitamin drink I have to make it more chocolatey.Overall, I like how easy this is to whip up and how it's an easier way for me to get more fiber and protein.
