Best Beginners book on Investing hands down
This was one of the very first investing books I ever bought and is one, if not THE BEST book for beginners I’ve ever read. It’s very straightforward and concise with zero fluff. John does a great job writing in a conversational way and makes this an easy and enjoyable read, yet informative enough so you feel confident to start investing your money. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good basics for the newbie
Always wondered what the stock market was all about and thought you might like to try it out? This will get you started, beginning with “what is a stock?”. Well written and easy to understand. You will be able to buy and sell by the end of the book with some basic ideas about WHERE to go to buy, WHAT to buy, and WHEN to sell. Perfect guide for your first steps.

Very minimal info
Very, very basic book on stocks. There is some useless comments and info in the book which takes up some of the measly 65....really 61 pages. The last few pages are promoting one of the authors books. The free book resources he recommends in the book are not free. The TV show he recommends is on a paid station. The book is VERY minimal and you will need additional books to understand terms, graphs, and in depth information. The cost should be no more than $3.

VERY INFORMATIVE!!
I am extremely new to investing my hard earned money, after having it sit into my 401k with my employer, I took Mr. Roberts advice and rolled it over into my (new Ameritrade account I just opened). Now with that being said, I had 30 days to deposit $3,000 into my account in order to buy and sell trades. There was quite a bit of information on the login page and I got really intimidated and scared, AT FIRST, then I took two deep breathes and said to my subconscious, "keep going you got this". Of course I did. Now, to the newsletters he mentions about Oxford, OMG, I was on the site and they running a special to get alot of $99 dollars for the highest subscription which was regularly $249 and you get I believe it was like 4 or 5 bonus materials. I am interested but I think it may be a little to advanced for a beginner like myself. I need to allow myself to get familiar with the "trade" first before any of that material can be of any use to me. Now as far as the book itself by Mr. Roberts, I absolutely loved it and I am so excited to buy my first stock. I am also buying his other books Your Future Paychecks and Raises, and many more. I like how he simplify things for beginners, stock language that I can actually relate to by him using every day terms!!! THIS BOOK IS FOR BEGINNERS AS THE TITLE SAYS, SO IF YOU ARE MORE ADVANCED IN THIS FIELD, THIS BOOK IS NOT FOR YOU BECAUSE YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS INFORMATION
