The chain is of poor quality and broke. My husband found a piece in the driveway after blowing the snow. I asked for a replacement/ return and explained there is nothing to return! It got tossed into the field through the snowblower! They sent a replacement and two months later a random charge for the replacement because it wasn’t returned! Are you kidding me?UPDATE: seller reached out and offered a full refund almost immediately! Apologized for the misunderstanding. BTW, my son is still wearing the replacement.

I do purchase too quickly & don’t often read the fine print, but seriously - the way this was advertised compared to how very small it actually is was very disappointing. Otherwise, a beautiful and thoughtful gift.
