Fun indoor/outdoor workout for kids (and adults)!
Requires attention to memorize each trick, or pattern of jumps. Watch a few videos on YouTube on how to paly it.Great for indoor (cold/rainy days), or outdoor work out for my kids and me.Fun (forgotten) game to introduce to and play with friends or family (summer camp/party).I used to play it as a kid. Nostalgic Fun
As a child, I enjoyed hours of fun with my Chinese jump rope, which I still have (albeit mine has seen better days). My granddaughters recently found it amongst some older toys and loved "learning the ropes," so I purchased one for them for Christmas and am enjoying watching (and participating) in their new-found fun.
