It inflates and deflates easily and fast. It is sturdy though it looses some air and needs to be inflated slightly after several hours if you prefer it to be hard. It is great that it has two separate compartments for height adjustment. The added plastic bag to cover the base for hygiene is an excellent addition. I used it during a long redeye flight overseas and I was grateful to have it. It was a relief to sit with my legs crossed or my knees bent. I was sitting at a window seat so it wasn't in anyone's path but I move a lot while sitting and was able to deflate or inflate it, fully or partially, very quickly when I needed to change position. I also used the inflated small compartment alone as a pillow and back support. I do recommend it especially if you travel with a toddler (I actually saw someone used it for their toddler on that flight!) It is a bonus that it comes with a small carry on bag and a good quality sleep mask and ear plugs. I ordered one for each of my sisters and do recommend it to my friends.

I was skeptical but bought it anyway due to a good review.Used it earlier this month on our fully booked economy flight to and from Asia.It was a lifesaver for my second grader child.It was easy to inflate and put together in a cramp space of a fully booked flight to Asia.Easily and perfectly fit in the space between two rows.My child can sit /sleep with her legs on it and not hanging uncomfortably.Definitely can sleep better with it and make extra long flight less miserable.Deflate very quickly and easily.You can fold it down and fit it in a small provided drawstring bag. Easy to store bag in your purse or carry on.It’s not really made for adult flying soloon the flight though. As long as it doesn’t placed right in front of your seat (as on my case) it was comfortable to be able to elevate your feet on it too.

The Sunany Inflatable Foot Rest Pillow is an excellent travel accessory for families with kids on long journeys. It requires manual inflation, either by mouth or with a separately purchased inflator. Deflating it is quick and easy. The pillow is sturdy and serves its purpose well. However, be sure to check with your airline beforehand, as some international carriers may not allow inflatables on board.

Bought as a leg rest (not a footrest) to use at my daughter's house when I am there. It's a good height to elevate my legs to help with swelling. It blows up easily and so far, no leaking. I chose the grey color which makes it look OK with just about any furniture and carpet. It's a bit of a hassle to get it positioned where you want, because the flocked surface resists sliding and there is no handle or edge to grab. I might jury-rig a duct tape strap! Also, it does not provide a completely stable support, being a bit squishy and slightly rounded -- but I think this might actually be a good thing because even a little fidgeting is good for the circulation. I love that I don't have to carry or shove a heavy ottoman around to whatever chair I want to sit in, and this can easily be put in a corner or deflated when it's only used occasionally. Great idea!

Purchased it and I was so excited got on my first flights and as soon as I pulled out the package they said no. Got on my second flight on a different airline same thing. Flew on a third airline and had the same experience.Very sturdy and seemed like it would have been a great purchase. You can be around the house if needed.

I would highly recommend getting one of these small air pumps...makes it so much easier so that you can get to relaxing faster, too! I tried this with one, then two and then all three blown up together and like the fact that it can accommodate the "level" of comfort you need at any given time. I actually got this to use in my house. I have a recliner with a foot rest section, but right now I have a little, very old dog that is blind and deaf and kind of decrepit. She's 17 years old and walks hunched over like a little old lady. And because she is blind and deaf, if I put my foot rest up, she will inevitably end up walking into the underside of my chair. Not good. She also has a habit of stopping and just sitting for a time when she bumps into something. So...I blew up the entire footrest and have been using it instead of my recliner footrest. My little old furgirl can bump into this footrest and not get caught under the chair. It's comfortable for me and is easy to deflate at the end of the night as well.

We got this for our 5 year old as he recently transitioned to be forward facing in his car seat and it has been a game changer. Before we got this, he complained when we drove for longer than 15-20 mins telling us that he is uncomfortable. With this under his feet he is able to have his feet supported and in a comfortable manner while also making sure he is as safe as can be.We originally bought one to check it out and fell in love with it and immediately got a second one for our other vehicle so we don't have to switch it back and forth.It is very easy to use and blow up.*Note - if you don't have a motorized inflator it makes a world of a difference, do yourself a favor and get one, but it is not required.
