6' x 8' Clear Heavy Duty 14 mil Poly Tarp for Nursery Greenhouse Garden (Finished Size Approx. 5'6" x 7'6")

Tried 3 brands of tarps to cover a run for our chickens for the winter. Needed to let light in and let the sun warm up the run area. We live in upper Maine with 20+ acres of open fields around the run, no wind breaks. 2 other brands failed in a month. These tarps held up to 50 mph winds all winter and - 24 degree temps. Some grommets failed in a 65 mph wind storm but these were the only tarps that lasted the winter.

Was not expecting the finished size to be out of spec so much and one dimension was nearly nominal so frame I built to hold tarp tight is too small. Edges were not parallel, adding to issue with frame connection. Other than those issues the tarp looks well built and strong.

Our family bought a nursery tarp last year, June 25, 2022, to protect our Desert Rose plants and other succulents from the rainy season and scorching afternoon sun. It worked great and looked good but didn't last a full year (Today is 4/30/30, we noticed it beginning to deteriorate. The little squares inside are falling apart, which might be due to the harsh Florida sun and wind. We were hoping it would last longer, but it did serve its purpose for a time.If you live in a region with milder weather conditions, this tarp could be a suitable option for your needs.

Use to screen snow off covered front porch without making porch a cave

I’m so glad I watched a TikTok video and ordered one. My first order came in an empty box, because someone probably took it when the tape came off and fell out of the box.Quickly, the company sent me another one, but I had already purchased two more.So far these are not tearing they’re very strong it lets in light, and it keeps out winds and water.You must purchase this and give it a try either use it for the top of the kennel to let it light or on the sides or any project. I will be ordering more unless the price keeps going up that I don’t like. $22 for this item is good for me. Anything past that is just absorbing money out of my pocket and other companies can sell a little bit cheaper at times.I highly recommend you purchase this and try it out. I think you’ll be very happy. It’s better than regular tarps and stronger like the heavy mill.
