Best belt ever.
Don't hesitate. You will not regret this purchase whether for yourself or loved one. I have MS. One of the largest hurdles to overcome is transferring. This belt is unlike any other gait belt because it makes it easier on both the patient and the caretaker.

Excellent
I’m very happy with this purchase. The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. It works just as described and even exceeded my expectations. The quality is great, and it's definitely worth the price. I would absolutely buy it again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

Works very well
Used this with my aging father to prevent a fall when going down stairs and to help get him off the floor in the middle of the night when he fell. Worked very well for both situations.

Great design but it slips
I like the belt. The thing is that it has the tendency to slip. You need to make sure that it is placed just right on the person's waist and that it is tight. I was having a lot of problems with fat patients and those unwilling to cooperate. I eventually had to buy one with leg loops.

Measure first.
Make sure to measure your patient's midsection before you order, because this did not fit one of mine. It is very well made, though, so 10/10

Excellent Product
My husband just got out of the hospital and I needed a Gait belt so I could assist him because he has trouble balancing. This belt has really helped me in assisting him in getting up, down and balancing when he is standing. I highly recommend this product because it works exceptionally well.

Strong, convenient but slippery
The handles are very convenient. I think it will be strong and long-lasting. The buckle is quick on and off with easy adjustments, though in use it loosens more than I would like. The main problem is that the nylon fabric is slippery and unlike a cotton, no handle gait belt, this belt often rotates a bit in use. I was going to return but cannot find something better in local store or online. I will try to attach some towel fabric to back of belt to reduce slippage. Maker should add something to the belt for this purpose.

Safety first! This was the answer!
Very helpful. Handles in back make it super easy to transfer my MIL who has a back injury.
