Roots - Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Tonic 8 Ounces

I am using the product in combination with a natural shampoo bar and so far I am impressed. I am mixing the ACV with water in a spray bottle and using it in the shower after I shampoo. I also spray in on my brush and use it on my hair to help detangle and smooth out. So far my hair is the best its every been. The reason why i took off one star is the price. A bit expensive for inexpensive ingredients.

I like this product but the mouth of the bottle is too big, it pours everywhere and you loose a ton of product! Not cool! And you can always just use regular apple cider vinegar I don't believe theres anything different or special about this product. :/ sorry!

I really like how this makes my hair. It's a very gentle cleanser and makes my hair soft without having to put products on. It defines my curls nicely. I just don't like how the product don't last long.

This product helps my scalp feel nurtured and refreshed. I do not care for the vinegar smell. I use it as a rinse or preconditioner, and I like the tingliness and the feeling of freshness; the way it leaves my scalp feeling. Other cleansing and conditioning applications will deminsh the vinegar smell completely after its use if you don't like that vinegar smell.

I haven't been using this product enough yet, but it definitely makes my hair very soft. The only problem is I use it at night, take a shower the following morning, only washing with water, and that evening when i go to the gym I sweat and I can smell the vinegar. Other than that I like it.

I got it today and it shows me its already expired!!!. I think i will return it

This product was a nice treat for my hair. It does as advertised. But for the price, I will probably stick to plain diluted apple cider vinegar in the future.

This product has helped reduce the flaking. The flaking comes back and this product has to be used with all shampoos. It is worth purchasing, since it is inexpensive.
