I have had multiple Luxe bidets over the years for our bathrooms. The initial models had problems with the T junction, that was plastic, and resulted in failure. With the steel T junction, the bidets have worked without failure.The newer model, of which I now own two, with model name Neo 120 Plus, is worth the extra monies as the the dials are not plastic and the text ( wash, off, max etc) is now permanently on the plastic. The version without the plus still uses a glued on tape with text, which over the years peels off. Even with glue , the tape curls up.The feature that the plus can be tilted for easier cleaning is not worth the extra cost, if that is your main reason to go the PLUS model.Another good feature of the PLUS is that the seat does not have to be removed for installation- just loosen the bolts and slide it in.A thoughtful addition is the tape included for the pipe threads . I doubt if you will need it, but it provides extra protection from leaks.Several years ago I put in a Kohler bidet and seat combination. The spray pressure has been pathetic . In comparison, the Luxe gives you control of the pressure, which is high enough to get the job done. The Kohler Bidet broke down today and so I got this model.

Gamechanger! Wish I'd bought and installed this years earlier! Would have saved $$$ on toilet paper. Honest review, I am not a mechanical person and have trouble with tools and directions. My uncle helped me install it. I did it all first but when I turned the water on all my connections were not tight enough, so he finished the install. It wasn't hard, I'm just bad at tools. Also, toilets can be a little different. Some other reviewers mention getting longer screws(?) that connect the toilet seat cover and toilet and will have to also go through the bidet holes to attach it. Mine are really short and barely made it through to the underside where you tighten it all up.I think some people without experience could watch the very helpful video and follow the printed directions and do just fine. Nothing has been negatively impacted, water pressure is the same, everything feels solid and sturdy. The biggest thing though, is the value for the money for what you will save in toilet paper. Very pleased with this purchase, and you will feel cleaner!

This thing is frickin’ awesome. I’ve owned fancier bidets (still have one), but actually prefer this one. It has no electronics and very simple mechanics. I bought one for every toilet in my home and started recommending it to my neighbors.

The media could not be loaded. 5/26/25 Update:I reached out to customer support back on 5/18, sent them a video of the faulty hose, after verifying my purchase they sent me a code to use on their website for a replacement hose on 5/20. The replacement hose arrived on 5/23, after which finishing the installation went smoothly.As for the actual product, it works decently enough, my only gripe is that I have to sit pretty far back for the spray to reach (but i guess everyone's bottom is different). Other than that, I'll give it a couple of more weeks of trialing before deciding if I want to purchase another one for our other toilet------------------Original ReviewI have not yet tried it out due to receiving a faulty hose that leaks water on one end. Rating this one star for now as at this point this product is unusable. I have emailed customer support for a replacement hose, I guess this will see how good their customer service as well. Will update with turnout. In the meantime, be wary if choosing to purchase this as not all the parts may function correctly

I’ve been thinking about getting a bidet for sometime now. I’m pleased with my purchase since it does not require a power outlet. Although it is not a full blown bidet with all the bells and whistles, the attachment serves its purpose. The installation was not easy having to deal with the leakage around the valve connection. Thanks to my husband who was able to fix it. I am satisfied with the functionality and the quality of this product. The water pressure can be controlled by the knobs conveniently. Although, there’s a noticeable gap between the toilet seat, I have ordered the bumpers and should be getting it soon. I would recommend this product.
