I really like the handles on this- they are a good size and shape, and they are solid rubber rather than foam over a solid core. As such they are very comfortable and stable to use. The handles are easy to move between slots, and the whole thing folds up very nicely to store out of the way. The bands included are low to moderate resistance, which is perfect for me because I use them primarily for shoulder exercises and physical therapy. I have pretty broad shoulders but the spacing on the board works for me, there is one setting that is a little narrow to use. I have not used the included jump rope but it seems fine. Overall a nice product to add to a home gym.

This set is packed with various workout options. It is so convenient to be able to change up my workout routine without taking up a ton of space. Great price, great quality, and variety of workout options prevents boredom with workout routine. Able to work on all of the problem areas.

This is an awesome at home workout product. It was super easy to setup and had so many features for a whole body workout. I didn’t know it was going to come with a jump rope so that was a surprise. This is really good for beginners and for resistance training. I don’t have a gym close by and this is perfect and easy to store away since I don’t like clutter.

I have been using the pushup board and resistance bands for a couple of weeks now and it has not let me down. Bought this because my wrist started hurting when I used to do normal pushups, and now when I do roughly 200 push ups everyday with this pushup board, I don’t really feel any pain anymore on my wrists. I like how you can change the grip orientation so you can do different types of pushups (see pics). I like how easy it is to disassemble and store because my apartment isn’t very big and I don’t want things to get cluttered. The resistance bands have also been very durable and I use them all the time to help with some stretching exercises and work out specific muscle groups. With proper placement of the resistance bands you can get a great workout for nearly every muscle group without leaving your home. I gave the pilates bar to my girlfriend to use because I don’t really use it, but she really likes using it so far every morning and hasn’t had any problems with it either.
